PVFC will syndicate with other Financial Institutions or Banks to lend an amount of money to customers.

All companies who have large borrowing demands.

• Provide a large amount of money for a project
• Share the risks among the syndicates

• Suitable to PVFC’s strict regulations...
• Clear and feasible project (basing on PVFC’s opinion)
• Stable business and principal protection.

• Fixed rate: Determined at the first withdrawal and will be fixed until the end of the loan life.
• Floating rate:
  • Reference rate + margin
  • The reference rate will be determined at the loan agreement signing date.
  • Margin: will be set basing on costs and project’s risk level.
