Trust Investment

PVFC receive capital of customers through entrusted contracts to invest and trade appointed products by customers and portfolio of PVFC regulations.

Trust investment method as following:

• Trust Investment Risk Sharing: Customers and PVFC agree to share based business result and risk (if any) based on actual business result of joint stock companies/projects which customers invested in.
• Trust Investment No Guarantee: Customers entrust PVFC to invest with an agreement where customers gain all the benefit and all the risk (if any) of joint stock companies/projects invested during the trust investment term.
• Fixed income of Trust Investment: Customers and PVFC agree a rate of income fixed for all trust investment term and do not depend on actual business result of PVFC.

Investment objects:

• Projects
• Stocks before or after IPO of equitized companies
• Other legal value papers
