4000 notebooks given to poor students in Thanh Hoa Province
In the morning of Nov. 3, 2011, PVFC - Thanh Hoa Branch, together with Dan Tri Press gave 4000 notebooks to 186 poor pupils of Tung Lam primary and secondary schools in Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province. The charity was in response to the program "One million notebook to regional and remote areas" launched by Dan Tri press.
Tung Lam is a semi-mountain commune in Tinh Gia district, of which the economic conditions as well as the daily life of people and especially students are facing many difficulties. Hopefully, the students here will have better learning conditions in the near future with the support from the local authority and donors.
