Chim Sao field’s first oil released
This is the most significant event after 5 years the offshore field discovered and approved to develop by the Government of Vietnam since Dec. 2009. The event also confirms the success of capital arrangement group, in which PVFC plays the key arranger. The total amount has been arranged up to USD227 million. Premier Oil Company and its business partners expected an average output of about 25,000 barrels of oil extraction and 7.62 million cubic meters of gas/ day.
